The front desk person could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was the closest and the cheapest when I first got into town after a long drive. The first room smelled like mold. I requested a change which she quickly granted then the second room had a more faint smell of mold and sand in the bed. I went to the front desk to let them know it wasn’t going to work out and they gave me a refund right away. The rooms looked decent but I couldn’t get past the smell and sand in the bed. Much happier at the Hampton inn up the road though it is twice the price.

The most relaxing hotel I've had the pleasure of staying. Clean, comfortable rooms, and pleasant staff. Everything within walking distance. This is my 3rd stay here and everytime I stay I am pleased. The only downside is there is no laundry facility, but it's vacation so the laundry can wait. If you're looking for the Ritz, keep looking! But if you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable get away, this definitely marks the spot!

This hotel is WAY overpriced at $544 for two nights! The hotel room was filthy! Mold on the side of the bath tub, filth and years of dust on all flat surfaces including the coffee pot and on all of the corners of the rooms. We stayed in room 120 on December 30-31st, 2023. The only positive is the location across the street from the beach and next to Salt Life food shack. My daughter and I both have long hair and the water pressure was too low to rinse shampoo out of our hair. There isn’t adequate parking so we were told to illegally park in the handicap spot. See the photos attached showing the filth and the water damaged alarm clock. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I highly recommend choosing a different hotel!

I called to ask if they were under any renovations because a review said they were. The lady said no all was normal. Upon arrival they said the pool was closed, it was only 4pm. She never said it was reopening. It's a very basic motel. No complimentary drinks, snacks or continental breakfast. The room was a descent size. The bed was comfy but the blanket was thin. The location is great. The pier and beach are directly across the street. Theres a convenient store right next door and nearby restaurants. I feel the hotel is rated higher than it should be but I would stay again for 1 or 2 nights top if I'm on a budget. The price was great. I paid about $75 a night for a king bed. I would stay again for the price alone.

My husband and I chose this hotel based on reviews. And I want to add my positive feedback. We were very warmly welcomed at the reception. The room turned out to be spacious, cozy and clean, cleanliness is very, very important for us! There are minor drawbacks, the furniture needs to be updated a little, there is nowhere to dry the swimsuit after the ocean and the pool. And the beds, you need to vacuum Frein, he's covered in sand.

We were mislead as to the pool being open. We checked the day before and once we got there it was closed. Coincidence? Pictures on Expedia also show it being on the beach. It was in fact across the street. The hotel also advertised available parking if paid for tourist. Put us in a predicament where we had to park outside of the hotel when we came in to settle down in the evening. My wife also called the front desk about the pool and she kept putting her on hold. I refer to kept because she hung up on her. So we walked down there and she was on her personal phone with someone casual and had told my wife she was checking someone in not knowing we stayed there. Just over all a bad experience
